Pecan Supremes

So this is the pecan recipe that I tried recently. You can get the recipe here if you like. I think it is an interesting cookie - light and crispy; due to the oats.

I told everyone it is healthy - the goodness of the oats giving the right balance to the sugars and butter and chocolate chips.. (yeah, right!) ha-ha.
