We were at Khalidah's (who declared herself a datin now that her husband is a datuk - atuk, more like it. Her daughter delivered a premature baby a few days ago. I said that makes you a 3-day-old nenek, please la). Now her son Farid got married (I thought weddings at her place always look so proper and nice). We apologized that we had to rush for other weddings.
Next we went to Salak Tinggi. Anak sepupu kawen. Katanya hidangan dimasak oleh jiran tetangga. I am impressed.
The third wedding was in Shah Alam. It rained cats and dogs on our way there. We also took the long way sebab tak faham jalan.
Pelamin di dewan nampak sungguh anggun.
Saya sengaja letak gambar ini - tengoklah jam di dinding tu dah pukul berapa. Marah Kak Leha sebab datang amat lambat. Makanan pun dah habis. Kata saya, kami pun dah makan tengahari dua kali. Tak apalah tak makan nasi lagi. Kami duduk santai makan apam dan muffin dan minum teh o (namun terkilan juga saya sebab Kak Leha sangat arif tentang makanan. Agak saya tentu hidangan kenduri pun sedap).
Dan diam tak diam it is already Fri again. What are your plans? We have a couple of cukur jambul invitations to attend. After weddings and weddings the previous weeks, now it is all about babies. And I need to straighten out the house a bit - it is in a mess (so what else is new..). The porch a mess too. The kitchen, etc etc.
